It is the first HTML authoring environment to fully use Internet Explorer for rendering = you get 100% WYSIWYG in IE. You might say "so what", you are just using the built-in editing capabilities of IE - but this is not true! HTML Studio is like an extra layer on top of IE and HTML Studio handles all modifications of the document, IE just renders it. So what, you might add again, but again, this is an important feature, it allows us (and you) to run scripts even when editing and this is exactly what we do when we allow DHTML components on a page to participate in the editing environment. It is the first HTML authoring environment to be customizable with new DHTML components that can tightly be integrate with the editor. It is the first HTML authoring tool based on a palette metaphor. It has a built in visual TOC editor with dedicated DHTML components utilizing this XML structure. |
